Helen H. Bix

Helen Bix (nee Helman), died on November 18, 2024. Wife of Harold Bix. Mother of Cindy (pre deceased), Barbara (Don Liss), and Brian (Kit Bix). Grandmother of Joe (Sarah Abelman), Dara, Allie, David, and Sam. Helen fled Germany and was raised in the Jewish ghetto in Shanghai before coming to Minneapolis where she and Harold raised their family and established a successful business. Funeral services, interment, and shiva are private. Contributions in her memory may be made to scholarship funds in memory of her late daughter: the Dr. Cindy Bix Camp Scholarship Fund at the Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches or the Dr. Cindy Bix USY and Camp Scholarship Fund at Temple Emanu-El Palm Beach.
