Heather (Farbstein) Stuber passed away on April 19, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on July 27, 1959 to Malcolm and the late Beverly Farbstein, Heather courageously lived life to the fullest, forging meaningful relationships and bringing light, love, and laughter to everyone around her.
Heather will be dearly missed by her beloved husband of 40 years, Michael Stuber, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. She is lovingly remembered by her son, Lou Stuber; her daughter-in-law, Olivia Stuber; and her adored grandson, Zev Stuber. Zev, like his father, Lou, fulfilled Heather with immense joy and purpose.
Heather will live forever in the hearts of her father, Malcolm Farbstein; her mother, Sherry Farbstein; her brothers, Chett Farbstein and Andrew Farbstein; her sister-in-law, Michelle Farbstein; and her cherished nieces, Riley and Tobi Farbstein. Her memory will also be a blessing to her brother-in-law, Brett Stuber; sister-in-law, Michelle Stuber; nephews, Matt and Zach Stuber; sister-in-law, Jodi (Stuber) Pelberg; and nephew, Jason Pelberg. She will be dearly missed by her Aunt Harriett and Uncle Jonny Rudolph, as well as her many cousins, with whom she regarded as siblings.
Heather dedicated her life to helping others. She worked as a social worker and later became a Director at Delta Community Supports, where she spent 38 years supporting individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Her unwavering dedication and leadership made a lasting impact on countless lives. Heather was fiercely loyal. This loyalty extended to sports. She was a devoted Philadelphia sports fan, always sporting team merchandise and rarely missing a game.
Family was the heart of Heather’s life. In recent years, her greatest joy was spending every Friday with her three-year-old grandson, Zev, who lovingly called her “Moma.” The two shared a deeply special and affectionate connection that will live on through Zev’s “Pops,” Michael. Heather was always available to offer comfort, wisdom, and support to family and friends. You could ALWAYS count on Heather to lift you up.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:30 AM at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966
