HARRY SOLOMON, of Philadel-phia, at age 79, on Thursday, February 5th, 2015, Harry left us to live for eternity with the love of his life, the late Charlotte B. Mendelson. Harry is now in the arms of his wife Charlotte; our Mother, grandmother and great grand-mother and comforted by his daughter, the late Carol Wertheimer who also left us too early. Harry is survived and will be missed by sons; Edward Mendelson, Mark Mendelson and Mel Ciociola, and his daughter Joanna Oberman. Also his 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Harry was a graduate of Girard College, a U.S. Navy veteran, and employed by City of Philadelphia - Parking Authority.
Celebration of his life this Sunday at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton, at 9:15 A.M., followed by Interment at Montefiore Cemetery and brunch afterward. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Girard College Alumni Association, 2101 S College Avenue #605 Phila., Pa. 19121-4897.
