Geraldine "Gerry" Sturm

Geraldine “Gerry” Sturm, 82, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2024 with family by her side.

Gerry was born on March 6, 1942 to her loving parents Israel & Minnie Sturm. After graduating North East High School, she started her career as a keypunch operator for Fidelity Bank, and later worked & retired as an Administrative Secretary from the United States Navy Depot. During her career with the Navy, Gerry received numerous awards from the Department of Defense and Navy.

She loved Broadway shows, General Hospital, playing bingo and pokeno, trips to the casino, spending time with her dearest friends, Marsha, Bob, Carol, Caroline and other friends at her community. Gerry adored her trips to the shore to visit her family and friends.

To know Gerry, all would say “it was an honor”. She loved life, always smiled, had an infectious laugh, and enjoyed reminiscing about the past.

Gerry is survived and will be sadly missed by her loving family Steven Lipsky (Joanne), Robert Lipsky, along with many Cousins and Friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S Suburban North Chapel 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton PA 18966.  Visitation starts at 3:00pm, and services at 3:30pm.  Burial will be private.
