Gerald Pollack

Gerald Pollack age 89 passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Philadelphia on December 21,1934. The son of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Langer) Pollack. He was the brother of the late Irving (Idella) Pollack. He was the loving husband of Kathleen (Karen) (McGady) Pollack who proceeded him in death on January 14, 2017. Cherished father of Louis Pollack (Donna), Beth Pollack, Lauren Ashley (Robert), Neal Pollack (Courtney). The loving PopPop to Melissa Bowen (Josh), Julianna Ashley, Diana Ashley, Ian Pollack and Ryder Pollack. He is predeceased by his loving grandson Robbie Ashley. He was loving Great PopPop to Kate, Ellie and Tyler Bowen. Brother-in-law to Maureen King (McGady), Edward (Jerry) McGady (Patricia) and Charles Bowes and Michael Saier. His memory will be cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A teacher for 25 years and retired from the Army after 35 years. He loved spending time down the shore with his family. He will be greatly missed. Funeral services will take place on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 1:00 at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Raphael Sacks at 310 Second Street Pike Southampton, PA 18966. Burial will take place immediately following at Shalom Memorial Park at 3573 Pine Road Huntingdon Valley, Pa 19006.Contributions in his memory may be made to the Delaware Valley Veterans Home 2701 Southampton Road Philadelphia, PA 19154
