FRANK, February 2, 2011. Husband of the late Sylvia (nee Tunkel); father of Harriet "Cookie" Feldman and the late Elaine Phillips; father-in-law of Dr. Martin Phillips. Also survived by 4 granddaughters and 9 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Friday, 1 P.M. precisely, at Har Jehuda Cem. (Sec. V), Upper Darby PA. The family will return to the home of Cookie Feldman.
