Rabbi Blum served as Frances' caregiver for over 12 years. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services, Wed., 11 A.M., at Congregation Beth El -Ner Tamid, 715 Paxon Hollow Road, Broomall PA 19008. Int. Mt. Jacob Cem.
