Florence B. Rosenthal (née Schwartz), age 94, originally from Trenton, NJ, but who spent most of her adult life in Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on July 22, 2026.Florence was the beloved wife of the late Erwin R. Rosenthal. She was a devoted mother to David A. Rosenthal (Sharon) and Rande E. Stein (Alex); a cherished grandmother to Michele Rosenthal (Johanna), Jeffrey Rosenthal (Victoria), Jessica Stein, Michael Rosenthal (Sue), and Gregory Stein (Dr. April Gadsby); and a proud great-grandmother to Nicholas Stein. Known affectionately as Grandmom, she embraced life with warmth and enthusiasm. An avid reader and accomplished knitter, Flo enjoyed babysitting for her grandchildren and creating lasting memories with her family. Her kindness, generosity, and love for those around her will be remembered always. Flo’s legacy lives on through the family she adored and the countless friends and acquaintances she touched with her generosity, grace, and loving spirit. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Section B1 of Roosevelt Memorial Park, 2701 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA 19053. Services will begin at 10 AM precisely. Donations in Flo’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
