SHAPIRO EVELYN (nee Swerlick), March 29, 2003, wife of the late Sidney Markowitz and the late Bernard Shapiro; mother of Rhoda Sterling (Eugene) and mother of the late Robert David Markowitz; stepmother of Arlene Rosenstein and the late Sheila Bloom; grandmother of Michelle Sterling and Robert and Charlee Sterling; great grandmother of Max and Aaron Sterling; also survived by 3 step grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren.
