Esther Shanfield

Esther (nee Pogach) passed away June 16, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Irving Shanfield.  Loving mother of Joy Kauffman (Nelson), Gale Schnall (Dr. Robert), Mollie Linsky (Marc), Leon Shanfield, and the late Cheryl Walsh.  Adoring “Mom Mom” of Harris Kauffman (Colleen), Robert Kauffman, Samuel Schnall (Alex), David Schnall, Vincent Walsh, Britney Hankin (Stuart), Dylan Linsky (Nicole), David Linsky, and Brett Shanfield and great grandmom of Paige, Seth, Harry, and Daisy. Dear sister of Aaron Pogach (Toby), and the late Rose Zitman (Jack), and Anne Kushner (Mutt). Family and friends are invited to her Graveside Service on Tuesday, 12Noon precisely, at Har Nebo Cemetery 6061 Oxford Ave. Phila PA 19149.  Shiva to be observed at the Schnall residence.  Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation www.alz.org
