ESTHER (nee Bazin)
Of Cherry Hill NJ, passed away January 8, 2019, at the age of 94, having lived a life full of the love of family and friends.
Esther was born in 1924 in Philadelphia, PA to Minerva Shindberg Bazin and Bernard Bazin. She was happily married to her cherished husband, Irving Brown for 55 years. She is survived by her children, Allen Brown, Steve Brown, and Janice Brown McPhillips and their spouses as well as 7 grand-children and 3 great-grand-children. She and Irv were founding members of Temple Emanuel in Cherry Hill NJ, where she was active in the Sisterhood and in community work for many years. She created invitations and planning for thousands of families' weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs in the forty years of her business, Letter Perfect. She was an accomplished and grace-ful hostess and cook, once profiled in the news for her extensive composition of books of original and collected recipes, one expression of a lifetime of caring and love for others in both the everyday and in times of need.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, January 13, 2019, 11 A.M. precisely, at
GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St., Phila. PA. Interment will be at Montefiore Cem., Jenkintown PA.
