ESTHER "VEACHEY" (nee Rudolph)
Age 91, September 6, 2017. Devoted wife of the late Albert Bloom. Loving mother of Samuel Bloom (Connie) and Howard Bloom. Beloved bubbie of Orion and Arlo. A graduate of Temple University. Veachey served Phi Sigma Sigma as international president from 1956-1961. She continued to serve the Fraternity for the next 30 years as Phi Sigma Sigma's Delegate to the National Panhellenic Conference, including one year (1985-1986) on the NPC executive committee as treasurer. A life-time active member of Hadassah. A member of the National Speakers Association. Veachey loved to travel the world, play bridge, play tennis, entertain, and was an avid gardener.
