EMANUEL "MANNY" on October 24, 2016 peacefully and surrounded by his family, of Warrington, PA. Devoted husband of 61 years, he is survived by the love of his life, Rose. Beloved father of Mike Solomon (Arlene), Danny Solomon (Kim), and Terri Siegel (Harry), caring Zayda of Ashley Morse (James), Brittany Kinley (James), Jason Solomon (Laura), Abigail Solomon, Sarah and Rachael Siegel, Great grandfather to Madyson Morse and Mason Kinley. Preceded in death by Parents Abraham and Florence, sister Jean Shull, and brother Hyman "Hy" Solomon. His passion for Philadelphia sports teams, Jazz music, and professional wrestling was vehement even in his final days. He was a dedicated employee of Acme Markets for 30 years. He spent 15 of his 34 retirement years as a volunteer for "Meals on Wheels", delivering food to those unable to leave their homes. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park, 25 Byberry Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 Section Jacob. Shiva to be observed immediately following at the home of Rose Solomon in Warrington, PA.
