Elan Kaplan

Elan Kaplan beloved son of Lori and David Kaplan, loving brother of Chelsea Katz (Dan) and Blake (Stephanie), and adoring uncle of Dakota, Jace and Zev Katz and Remi and Madi Kaplan. Also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and countless incredible friends.

Elan was one of a kind. He had the biggest heart, was incredibly generous, and the ability to light up an entire room. Elan touched everyone’s life he came into, and will leave a lasting impact on anyone who ever met him. He will be greatly missed by all that loved him.

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services, Wednesday, October 1, at 9:30am at Goldsteins on Broad Street, 6410 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. Burial will be immediately following at Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be held at 1pm at The Highland Pub & Kitchen located at 391 Highland Avenue, Glenside, PA.

Contributions in his memory may be made to Jewish Relief Agency (JRA), JNF Jewish National Fund to plant a tree in Israel, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
