March 20, 2018. Sister of Harvey (Diane) Weinberg; aunt of Rick (Molly) Weinberg and Lisa (Thomas) Zappetti; great-aunt of Zachary, Cory, Drew and Devon. Elaine was a career educator and explorer. She was head of the Foreign Language Department and teacher at Bartram High School from 1952 to 1993. Elaine received the "Teacher of the Year" at Bartrum High School, Philadelphia School District "Teacher of the Year" and Walt Disney American Teacher Award for Foreign Language.
