She was the former Executive Director of Philadelphia Association for Retarded Children. Beloved wife of the late Herman. Devoted mother of Susan Helfand and the late Steven Taylor. Loving Grandmother of Lynne and Bob Wolfberg and Scott Helfand. Loving Great Grandmother of Chayla, David, Elijah, and Zoe. Also survived by her former son-in-law Earl Helfand. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Monday 11:30 AM precisely GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton. Int. Shalom Memorial Park. The family will return to her late residence. Shiva will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the home of Susan Helfand.
