Earl F. Buser, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 27, 2025, at 88. He is survived by his wife, Ann Janezic, and his devoted children: Scott (Rochelle) Kallish, Jennifer Cerini, Eric Kallish, Natasha (Drew) Shuster, and Michael (Fay) Kallish. Earl also leaves behind his stepchildren David (Beth)Janezic, Mark Janezic, Roger (Lori) Janezic, and Richard (Tammy) Janezic, along with numerous grandchildren who affectionately called him Pop Pop, and a new great-grandchild. He was previously married to Joan Susan Buser (Kallish) for nearly 40 years and earlier to Kathleen Buser (Henderson).
Earl served in the United States Army and went to Villanova University, earning a Masters Degree on the G.I bill. Earl was a well-respected civil and structural engineer, licensed in fifteen states, and an influential figure in his field. His career took him on extensive travels, enriching his world knowledge. He was a voracious reader, having read everything from history, religion, spy novels, and political thrillers, but his favorite book to read was any book related to sailing.
Earl had many interests, including a love for basketball in his youth and a lifelong passion for sailing, which brought him immense joy and inspired him to get certified as a captain. He was a dedicated father who taught his two daughters to ski when they were just three and four years old. Known for his playful spirit, Earl often made up silly songs and jokes to bring laughter to his family. He created lasting memories with his grandchildren, taking them sailing, building sandcastles, and flying kites at the Jersey shore. His love for poodles, baseball, and football, especially his unwavering belief in the Philadelphia Eagles, added to the joy he shared with family and friends. Earl's passion for life and his joyous spirit will be carried on by all who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services on Thursday, January 30, at 2:00 PM precisely at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.
