E. MELVIN HALPERN

Dr. E. Melvin Halpern on April 29, 2020. Dr. Halpern was a retired Registered Pharmacist, with a Doctorate in Pharmacy � PharmD. He was also an avid gardener , an experienced woodworker, and a longtime member of Ohev Shalom of Bucks County. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Dorman), devoted father of Caren (Brian) Franco, Joshua (Meliha) Halpern, and Michael (Ryan) Halpern, and loving grandfather of Julia, Megan, Jacob and Ryder. He was the dear brother of Shelly Feinman. Graveside services will be private.
