Brother of Phyllis Topchik. Grandfather of Avery. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Thursday 1 PM precisely at GOLDSTEINS’ ROSENBERG’S RAPHAEL-SACKS, 6410 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19126. Following the service, shiva will be observed at the Rosen residence.
