DONALD H., 73, a printer and founder of Benjamin Graphics of Phila., died at home of cancer on Wed., May 26, 2004, he is survived by his wife Alice Benjamin, his daughter Wendy Cramer, sons Bruce and Paul Benjamin and his grandchildren Rachel and Sarah Cramer, Grace Benjamin, Kris Schackman and Davika Weston, his sister Phyllis Kramer and his step-sons Charles, John and Alex Weiland. His first wife Sheila Toby Black Benjamin predeceased him in 1996. Memorial donations may be made in his honor to Philadelphia Chamber Ensemble at 1735 Market St., 51st Fl., Phila., PA 19103-7599
