Dolores Schulman

Dolores Schulman (nee Gittlemacher), age 94, of Philadelphia, Pa, passed away on September 27, 2025. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Harry and Rose Gittlemacher on October 4, 1930. “Dolly” graduated from Olney High School and earned a Masters Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University. She was the founder of the Modern Gestalt Institute and active in her field for over 40 years. She was known for her warmth, compassion and commitment to emotional wellness. She enjoyed traveling, fine dining, and all genres of music. Dolly is survived by loving children Bonnie Voice, Jeffrey Voice, and Kurt Lavenson and her loving grandson Alexei Voice. She will be deeply missed by her sister Roslyn Waldman, the Waldman children, their families and Dolly’s many friends.
