DENA (nee Forman), August 29, 2009. Wife of Neal, mother of Larry (Laura) Prosen, Danny (Amanda) Prosen and Amy (Keith) Lotman. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Sunday 2 P.M. precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. The family will return to the home of Amy and Keith Lotman. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
