RAAB DAVID On April 17, 2022. Beloved son of the late Enid and Jay Raab; Loving brother of Leah (Candy) Bergman and Robert Raab; He was a graduate of Cheltenham HS and Montco JR College. He was a past Fire Chief and life member of the Elkins Park Fire Co. as well as developer of Jade Thumb Designs landscaping co responsible for implementation of new construction landscape designs for many major shopping centers, hospitals and homes around the Phila area.
