GARDNER David Gardner Housing authority executive director, 64 David Gardner, 64, of Jackson, N.J. died on June 20, 2007 at St. Martin, Netherlands Antilles. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Goldsteins Rosenbergs Raphael Sacks Funeral Home, 6410 N. Broad St., Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Gardner lived in Jackson. He was executive director of the Morristown Housing Authority. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis; a son, Steven and his wife, Sharon and a sister, Ellen.
