Dr. David B. Arsht, passed away on September 24th, 2023. Beloved husband of Beverly (Kamens); loving father of Jordan and Ricki Arsht; dear brother of Joyce Arsht-Herman. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Thursday September 28th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at GOLDSTEINS’ ROSENBERG’S RAPHAEL-SACKS 6410 N. Broad St. Phila. PA.
