Brother of David (Patty) Jacoby of Bethlehem. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Thursday 1 PM precisely at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel, 8339 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA. Shiva will be observed Thursday and Friday at his late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
