Cyndi Cohen, 47, of Doylestown Township, Pennsylvania, passed away after a courageous battle with synovial sarcoma. Born in Philadelphia, she built a life defined by family, friendship, and quiet joy.

She graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Before becoming a stay-at-home mother, Cyndi worked as a technical writer for several banking institutions. That same gift for language never left her: she often blew people away with the way she expressed her love for her family through her writing.

Cyndi married her high school sweetheart, Alan, and together they made their home in Doylestown Township. She is survived by her husband, Alan; their four children, Ethan, 19; Jacob, 15; Benny, 13; and Fiona, 10; her mother, Pat; her sisters, Heather and Renee; her brother, Josh;

Family was the center of Cyndi’s world. Aside from spending time with Alan and their children, she loved being host to her extended family, including her nieces and nephew. Cyndi absolutely adored their family dog Zeke, who would often accompany her on long walks in the park with her closest friends. Cyndi loved summers, spending time with family on the beaches of New Jersey.

Those who knew her will remember her warmth, her love of simple pleasures, and the way she made the people around her feel at home. An avid baker, she filled their home with the warmth of the kitchen as readily as she filled it with words.

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Wednesday, September 30, at 9:30 AM, at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the Cohen residence.
