CLIFFORD DOCTOR

Clifford Doctor, 67, of Upper Holland, PA passed away on July 21, 2019 after battling post radiation osteosarcoma. Cliff was born on August 25, 1951 in Philadelphia to Rose (Ackerman) and Sidney Doctor.
Cliff graduated from Lincoln High School class of 1969 where he met his beloved wife, Diana (Lochner) in Spanish class where he was the class clown. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science and served in the U.S. Army Reserve, attended basic training at Fort Knox, and served as a company clerk and armorer.
Cliff began his career as a sales representative in the floor covering industry and later started his own consulting and inspection business, Cliff Doctor Inspection Agency (CIA), performing independent flooring inspections for manufacturers, retailers, and consumers for 27 years.
Cliff enjoyed life to the fullest and had many passions. He learned to shoot pool at a young age and played with friends in "Papa Doc's Pool Palace" (his childhood basement) and spent many nights disco dancing with Diana. Cliff enjoyed playing football with his AZA fraternity brothers and goofing around with his Zilch's Animals fraternity. His basketball buddies would say, "Cliff didn't play dirty but he didn't play soft". Cliff loved sports and enjoyed bowling, playing baseball, volleyball, and most currently tennis where he developed a tight knit community of friends. Off the court he managed to make time to study Hon Hab Do at Darius' World Karate Center and he received his 2nd Degree Blackbelt in 2001.
Cliff had a passion for cars and owned 38 cars over the course of his life. His favorites included his red 50th Anniversary Mustang GT, his '68 Corvette, his 2003 Thunderbird convertible, and his Oldsmobile 4-4-2. Cliff loved listening to music and his favorite genres included Motown and Classic Rock. He had countless albums in every format ranging from 45's to MP3s.
Cliff was a technology enthusiast that always had the newest gadgets. He could always be found with a camera in his hand and he left a treasure chest of photos, collages, movies, and videos documenting his family and friends. Cliff took thousands of images from his travels which included road trips and camping throughout the U.S. and countless National Parks, vacationing with friends in Alaska and the Caribbean, a bus tour through Europe, hiking and snowmobiling in Colorado, and snorkeling at Shark's Cove in Hawaii. When he wasn't playing sports, driving his cars, or travelling, Cliff could be found watching Bonanza, The Rifleman, Jeopardy, Pickers, or the Mecum Auctions.
Cliff grew up watching The Three Stooges and reading Mad Magazine which contributed to his renowned sense of humor and his ability to make everyone laugh. When Cliff came into the room people knew they were going to have a good time. His smile, laughter, and joking nature were infectious. He made friends easily and wherever he went.
Cliff was a family man who relished in cheering on his daughters and wife in every game, match, meet, play, or concert they participated in. He always played games and made time for his grandchildren who adored him and would exclaim, "Pop Pop's in the house!" when they would see him.
Those left to cherish the many great memories with Cliff are his beloved wife of 46 years, Diana, his brother Michael, and daughters Danielle and Stefanie. He will be missed by his grandchildren Dylan, Devyn, and Cora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a countless number of friends.
