DR. CHERYL NEISSER-FRANKSON (nee Neisser) passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 63. Wife of Raymond Frankson; Beloved daughter of Arlene and Robert Neisser; Dear sister of Carolyn Neisser and Steven Neisser; Loving aunt of Amber Stewart and the late Brian Stewart along with many other nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services, Monday, 11:30 AM precisely at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Raphael-Sacks Suburban North Chapel, 310 2^nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA. Int. Montefiore Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the home of Arlene and Robert Neisser, Monday following interment and Tuesday from 1 PM – 4 PM.
