Charlotte Kogan (nee Roseman) on January 29, 2023. Devoted mother of Michael Kogan (Debbie) and Jay Kogan (Mary). Loving grandmother of Morgan and Christopher. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at Montefiore Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to Adults and Children’s Learning Disabilities.
