CHARLES, 92 of Bala Cynwyd, PA passed away peacefully Wednesday evening December 2, 2009. Father of Barbara (Arnold) Ostroff, Dr. Janice (Dr. Richard) Katz, Dr Jeffrey (Patricia) Delson, Grandfather of Elyse and Carl Hoffmann, Michael and Gloria Ostroff, and Edward Katz, Loving companion of 37 years, Mildred "Mickey" Elias, Brother of Dr. Abraham (Laura) Delson and Benjamin (Eleanor) Delson and loving Uncle to nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, today, Friday 12:30 P.M. at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St., Philadelphia. Interment to follow at King David Memorial Park, Bensalem, PA.
