CAROL B. (nee Brunswick), died on Saturday July 5, 2014, after a long illness at the age of 82. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Nathan Marks Smukler; parents Elinor and Laurence Brunswick; and brother, Ted Brunswick, Carol is survived by her daughters Nancy (Gary) Rosenthal, Janet (Herb) Luxton, and Donna (Michael) Weissman; grand-children Allison, Jaime, Sarah, David, and Brian; sister Elin Binder, and sister-in-law Norma Brunswick. She was a devoted and generous wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Donations in Carol's memory can be made to Abramson Hospice or Philabundance.
