Moonblatt; sister of the late Herman Jaffe and Max Jaffe; beloved grandmother of Amy (Rob) Wagner and Dr. Steven D. Moonblatt; beloved great grand-mother of Joshua Wagner. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Tuesday, 1 P.M. precisely, at Roosevelt Memorial Park (Sec. B2). Shiva will be observed at the residence of Linda S. Moonblatt. Family requests that contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
