
Betty Baruch, 92, of Philadelphia passed away Monday, January 4, at Nazareth Hospital from COVID-19.
Born February 18, 1928, Betty was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia and a former active congregant of Temple Menorah.
Betty worked as a bookkeeper before she retired. A wonderful, gentle, and caring wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother, and great grandmother, Betty will be missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her husband Ted, and her parents, Morris and Clara Oppenheim. She is survived by her sister Florence "Faye" Brook, her son Wayne (wife Lisa), daughter Sondra Press (husband Jay), granddaughter Andrea Buffington (husband Timothy) and great granddaughter, Daphne.
Funeral services will be held graveside and Zoom (see link below) on Friday, January 8th 10 a.m. at Shalom Cemetery (3573 Pine Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006)
