BERNARD RUBIN, on November 17, 2018. Husband of Marcia (nee Skloff); father of Carly Shaw and the late Chad Rubin; brother of Arlene Kline; also survived by 4 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 10:30 AM precisely at GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL-SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St., Phila., PA 19126. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cem., Collingdale, PA. Shiva will be observed at the late residence on Tuesday & Wednesday only.
