Bernard Roseman

Bernard "Bernie" Roseman of Warminster, PA passed away on March 28, 2024. Beloved husband of 65 years to Betty (nee Lederman). Loving father of Stewart Roseman (Francine), Eileen Roseman and Judi Field (Martin Getzow). Adored Poppy of Gabrielle Field (Andrew Master), Matthew Field, Steven Field, Taylor Carter and Morgan Roseman.

Bernie was born in Brooklyn NY. As a young teen, the family moved to a chicken farm in Freehold NJ, where he was known as an expert in building chicken coops. At the age of 17, the family then moved to Southern California, where he finished high school, met the love of his life in Betty, earned his BS in engineering from Loyola Marymount University, an MBA from USC and Juris Doctorate. Bernie spent more than 30 years with TRW Space & Technology Group. He began as a project manager for the Pioneer 10 & 11 satellites - the first spacecraft to reach Jupiter, and beyond. Following management on several classified spacecraft projects, he became Group Director of Subcontracts & Procurement.  Upon retirement from aerospace, he joined ETA Technologies Corp as VP, CAO and Corporate Counsel.

Career and family were important to Bernie, and giving to his community throughout his life, as a volunteer, a mentor, fulfilled his belief in Tikun Olam, repairing the world. He served at Vice President of Jewish Federation of LA, president of his local LA synagogue B'nai Tikvah, attorney at the Jewish Aide Society. With retirement Betty and he moved to the Philadelphia area in 1997. He then volunteered and served as VP of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Philadelphia, Board of Directors of RSVP of Montgomery County, Board of Directors and Treasurer of Montgomery County Senior Centers, Board of Directors at Temple Sinai, and Certified Management Consultant for SCORE.

At Ann's Choice where he and Betty lived for 7 years, he became an intricate part of the community, and valued the friendships there. He served his new community in various roles including both the Resident Council and Jewish Resident Council.
