BERNARD, MD, March 25, 2013. Dr. Goldstein was the Chief of Anesthesiology at Albert Einstein Medical Center-Philadelphia for many years. Devoted husband of the late Freda "Fritzi" (nee Weber), loving father of Rosemary/Shoshanna Dubroff (Dr. Jerome), Avery Goldstein (Karen Tulis), and Dr. Richard Goldstein (Dr. Jennifer Nizen). Also survived by 12 grand-children and 13 great grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Wednesday 1 P.M. precisely at Haym Salomon Memorial Park, Frazer, PA. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
