
Bernard D. Goldberg peacefully passed away July 1, 2020. Known to all as Bob or Bobby was oldest of four, born in Philadelphia to Clara (nee Gershoff) and Morris Goldberg on April 28, 1937.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Myra, who took the utmost beautiful care of him, his daughter, Joanna Sutcliffe (James), and Jayson Goldberg who were there for him always. He was predeceased by his oldest son, Jonathan Goldberg in 1969.
After Graduating from West Philadelphia Highschool, Bob joined the army and was stationed in Korea from 1955 to 1957. In 1959, he met the girl he knew he would marry on their first blind date. They married in 1961, moved to Delaware and had three children. In 1970, they moved back to Pennsylvania. Through the years, Bob was the top salesman in the automotive industry.
Bob was also a most loving PopPop to his four grandchildren, Andrea, Elizabeth, James and Jonathan. He also was a most proud loving Great-PopPop to Andrea's children, Keith and Ryan.
Bob's kindness, sense of humor, intelligence, views, guidance and direction will be dearly missed but never forgotten by his whole family.
