BARRY DAVIDSON

Barry Davidson (1943-2021), beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend, succumbed to complications related to his long and brave battle with MS on Sunday, August 1, 2021. Son of the late David and Claire Davidson, Barry was born
and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Germantown High School in 1961 and Temple University in 1965. Following college, Barry served honorably in the Teaching Corps (Hawaii) and U.S. Army (Alaska) for four years. Barry married
his true love and best friend, Barbara Beitchman, in 1968 and recently toasted to his beautiful bride as they celebrated 53 years of marriage. Barry was a respected accountant for over 20 years and happily raised his daughters, Amanda (Davidson) and Sasha (Eisenberg), in Richboro, PA. Family was the center of Barry's life and his absolute joy. He was a loving and playful father as well as a devoted father-in-law (to Steven Eisenberg) and grandfather of five (Serra and Shira David and Sydney, Samuel, and Sabrina Eisenberg.) Every day, despite his debilitating disease, Barry managed to keep a positive attitude, enjoy a hot coffee and his Pall Malls, and embrace his life and loving family. Family and friends are invited to Graveside Services on Wednesday, August 4, 10 am at Shalom Memorial Park, 3573 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Shortly following, lunch will be held at the Davidson residence, 12 � 3 pm. Shiva will continue at the residence from 6 � 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Barry's memory can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (www.nationalmssociety.org) or to a charity of the donor's choice.
