Barry M. Baron

Barry M. Baron, 75, of Plymouth Meeting, passed away July 23, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Jacqueline (Reinhart), daughters Allison and Rebecca, sister Rhoda (Lloyd) Kellner, and aunt Diana Podolosky. He also has 11 nieces and nephews, and 4 great-nieces and nephews. 

Barry was a graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland (OR). He worked as a Hydraulic Engineer for 40 years. He later earned his MBA from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.  As a young adult, Barry loved going to the Poconos, painting ceramics, driving his motorcycle, and was active in a bowling league. He was a devoted family man and always put them first. Family and friends joked that Barry could read his wife’s mind. He enjoyed jazz music and sci-fi movies, and was always ready with a dad-joke. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Thursday, July 25, 11:30am at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Suburban North 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966.  Interment to follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park, 2701 Old Lincoln Hwy, Trevose, PA 19053. Shiva will be observed at the family’s residence Thursday following services, Saturday 5:00 - 8:00 pm and Sunday 3:00 - 8:00 pm, with minyan at 6:30 pm each evening.
