BARBARA "BOBBY" (nee Ostroff), passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family on March 9, 2012. Loving wife of Manuel, extraordinary mother to Terry and Steven and their wives Carrie and Sherri, devoted grandmother to Drew, Lacey, Joey, Jordan and Chase, loyal friend to many. Married for 59 years, Barbara and Manny worked, traveled the world and journeyed through life together. Giving birth to Terry and Steven at the age of 18 and 21, respectively, allowed her to share a special bond with both as friend and mother. When each son took a wife, Barbara without hesitation took a daughter into her heart and soul, loving them as her own. With the births of her grandchildren and opening her home to Gregg (adopted son by love), she took on the roles with an undying love. Barbara will be missed but she'll never truly leave us as the love, caring and compassion she so graciously blessed us with shall live on eternally. Thank you Bobby, we love you.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Monday 11:30 A.M. precisely, GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. The family will return to her late residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to Humane Society.
