PEPPER, BARBARA F. 72 - of Brigantine, died on March 17, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband Gerald E. Pepper, adored children, Hugh M. (Cathy Ann) Pepper, Meryl B. (Matthew K.) Hewett. Cherished Grandchildren, Jason Matthew Hewett, Rachel Ellen Hewett, Gary Leo Pepper and Evan Mitchell Pepper. Loving sister to Harvey (Nancy Wood) Rosman. Sister-in-law of Joan Rosman.
