March 29, 2020. Husband of Barbara (nee Halpern). Father of Scott Blackman, Esq., Gary (Bari) Blackman, Craig Blackman, Esq., and David (Davida) Blackman. Brother of the late Edward Blackman. Grandfather of Josh, Sara, Rachel, Rimma and Tatiana. Graveside services are private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Philadelphia SPCA or any Israel organization.
