ARNOLD JOSEPH, age 78, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Hurvitz), dearest father of Lisa Covey, Susan Bank and Richard (Julie) Bank. Devoted brother of Marvin (Carol). Loving grandfather of Michael, Jonathan, Danny and Jack. Also survived by many loving friends and family members. Service at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Tueday 1 P.M. Interment at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be at the home of Richard and Julie Bank, commencing Tuesday evening through Thursday evening. Arnold, the former owner of Bank's Apothecary, was a graduate of Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Jefferson Heart Institute and a founder of its predecessor, The Philadelphia Heart Institute at Presbyterian Medical Center.
