ARLENE (nee Brownstein), age 63, on May 2, 2008. Beloved mother of Marc (Kerry) Frishman, Michelle Frishman and Pam (Avi) Merl. Adoring grand-mother of Ashley, Brianna, Madison and Justin Frishman, Shaindy and Serela Merl and Allayah Venitski. Wonderful sister of Dayle Bodoff. Niece of Uncle Mendy Chavis; also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and one great nephew. She was a dedicated and caring hospice nurse, an eager and thrilled "bubbie" and a wonderful sister. She was involved in all aspects of Jewish life as an "Ayeshis Chayal". She will be remembered for her devotion as a bubbie, her cruise stories, her loving nature, her cackling laugh, and her love of the Phillies. Her kind heart will be missed by her patients, her phone voice will be missed during morning work phone meetings. She leaves a great void in the heart of her children, grandchildren and sister. Her memories will live on through her committment to organ donation.
