ANNETTE (nee Hoffman), passed away on August 5, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Morris. Devoted mother of Sharon (Max) Berman, Rita Kaplan and Dean (Erika) Kaplan. Beloved grandmother of Marla Herring, Dawn (Adam) Peck, Paige, Logan, Colbie, Sydnie and Pierce Kaplan. Cherished great grandmother of Ava Herring, Hannah and Emily Peck. Dear sister of Edith Bristol, Dotsie Lukacher and the late Sol Hoffman. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday 11:30 A.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Interment will follow at Shalom Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited back following services to the home of Rita Kaplan.
