SIGMAN ANNA (nee Bell) March 8, 2003, wife of the late Philip, mother of Bruce (Barbara) Sigman, sister of Herman (Margaret) Bell, Beatrice (Irvin) Shpigel, Carl (Roberta) Bell, and the late Albert Bell, sister-in-law of Thelma Bell and Bernard (Barbara) Sigman, grandmother of Scott, Lisa, Rachael and Andrew, also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and great nephews. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Sigman.
