Anita, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away November 4, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Anita was the devoted wife of the late Howard Cummins, together they built a life full of warmth, joy, and family—values that Anita carried with her every day. She was the proud and loving mother of Peter Pressman (Gabrielle Rebillard), Ross Pressman (Irene Pressman) and Matthew Cummins (Jil Cummins), who were truly the lights of her life. Her greatest joy came from being “mommom” to her five cherished grandchildren—Nicole Salmon, Alison Stales, Jewel Pressman, Jacob Pressman, and Hannah Cummins. She was also adored by her three great-grandchildren Sean, Maxwell, and Benjamin. Her beloved late cat Violet who will always be close to her.
Anita is also survived by her sister-in-law, Diane Cohen who was married to her late brother Lewis Cohen, as well as three nieces Molly, Abigail, And Emma who will remember her kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering support.
Anita explored several hobbies, horseback riding, stained glass window making, flea markets, and travel. Anita was a late in life Bat Mitzvah who at the Wailing Wall read her Haftorah.
Anita will be remembered for her radiant smile, her generous heart, and the love she poured into her family and her work ethic. Her warmth and presence touched every life she encountered, and her memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. May her memory be a blessing.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 1:30 PM, Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18996. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the home of Peter Pressman and Gabrielle Rebillard on following the funeral, Friday from 3:00 PM (no service) and Saturday from 4:00 pm and Sunday 4:00pm. Contributions in her memory may be made to Hadassah, www.hadassah.org or to United Service Organizations, www.uso.org .
