Anita Mae Colucci BENSALEM Anita Mae (Thompson) Colucci of Bensalem, PA, formerly of Pennington, NJ (50 years) passed away peacefully on Oct. 23, 2017. Prior to retiring, Anita spent over 20 years as a crisis intervention RN at Helene Fuld Medical Center, Trenton, NJ. Daughter of the late Arthur Garland and Eva Jane (Mason) Thompson, Anita was predeceased by her husband of 65 years Victor, and siblings, Kermit and Garland Thompson, Aline (Gwen) Coleman and Eva Nell Sienkiewicz. Anita served with the WAC during World War II, which she enjoyed reminiscing about, and was a lover of all music, particularly the gospel hymns of her youth. Anita is survived by a son, Richard Casey and wife Barbara of Hiawassee, GA; a son, Michael Colucci and wife Judy of Bordentown, NJ, and a daughter, Patrice (Ziv) and husband Jeff of Bensalem, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren, Heather Casey Aldrich and Jeremy Casey of Woodstock, GA, and Jonah, Aidan, and Julian Ziv of Bensalem, PA; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Glenn Thompson (late wife Melvadene) of Troy, IL, Ray Thompson and wife Margot of Oklahoma City, OK, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services on Friday, Nov. 3, at 12:30 p.m. precisely, at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 14 Chesterfield Arneytown Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Contributions in Anita's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
