On March 21, 2017. Husband of Renee (nee Altman). Father of Randall C. (Sherry) Flager and Debbie (Steven) Lipschutz. Grandfather of Jason (Jodi) Flager, Melissa (Conrad) Hough, Adam (Mallory) Flager, Bonny Lipschutz, Dara (James) Rahill, and William Lipschutz. Great Grandfather of Jordyn, Leah, Adele, Riley, and Ayla. Born in New York and residing in Levittown, PA, Andy was an original Levittowner since 1957. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a long-time member of Congregation Beth El, having served on the Board of Directors in numerous capacities, including Vice President, for 25 years, and was the founder of its morning Minyan. Andy was the founding member and first executive director of Galilee Village and Galilee Pavilion in Levittown, and was a Bucks County Democratic Committeeman and a Hospital Chaplain for over 20 years. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday 12:30 P.M. precisely at Congregation Beth El, 375 Stony Hill Rd., Yardley. Interment King David Mem. Park. Shiva will be observed at the home of Sherry and Randy Flager. Contributions in his memory may be made to Congregation Beth El, 375 Stony Hill Rd., Yardley, PA 19067.
